The 745 Qualifies Lines For Service By Performing The Following Test Measurements: Ac And Dc Voltage, Dc Current, Insulation Resistance, Ground Resistance, Opens, Line Loss, Slope And Bulge, Ringer Count, Noise-Metallic, Power Influence, And Balance-Checks And Displays Circuit Noise And Power Influence; Automatically Calculates And Displays Circuit Balance Loop Treatment- Determines Loop Treatment Applied To Line By Type Loop Resistance, Determines Loop Resistance On A Working Line, Stores Up To 16 Test Line Telephone Numbers In Memory; I Also Manual Dials And Will Access Many Co Test Systems Or Dispatch Systems That Are Voice Synthesized.
