Why does my shipping not appear to be calculating correctly, especially on expedited shipping?
We will never charge you more than you have agreed to pay for shipping. However air shipping, large bulky items, and multiple items on an order can cause our system to incorrectly calculate the shipping. If there needs to be a correction we will contact you and get your express authorization for the change BEFORE any charges are processed against your card.
How quickly will my order ship?
In stock items ship in 1-2 business days. Because we drop ship from manufacturers, sometimes the lead time on the order can be longer than our standard time. If it is going to be longer than expected we will contacted and advised on the delay.
When will my credit card be charged?
After placing you order, our system will not charge your card until we have confirmed pricing, availability and shipping charges are correct. Your card will not be charged until that occurs.
When I place my order will I be charged before it ships?
Normally, no. However when we drop ship items the credit card is charged when we place the order with the supplier. Special order items and drop ship items will always be charged when we place the order.
What if I receive the wrong item or it is not what I expected?
Please call us immediately so that we can work with you to get a good outcome. We really want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from us.
What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged or is defective?
Please contact us right away so that we can get this corrected for you.
What if my purchase fails during the warranty period?
Contact us so that we can get the service processed either through us or directly with the manufacturer.
