The Patented Design Is Intended To Provide A Visual Warning That Men Are At Work In The Manhole. Without Clamps Or Sealing Compounds A Water-Tight Seal Is Formed By Inflating The Inner Tube With Air Or Nitrogen. They Are Available In Aluminum Or Steel Construction. Custom Sizes Are Also Available.
