General Machine Products 07449 Slitter Lead Sleeve B New This Tool Will Make A Longitudinal Slit Along The Length Of A Lead Sleeve To Allow Placement Around A Splice Or Cable Sheath Opening.
It Consists Of A Steel Channel With Two Short Lengths Of Sash Chain With Swivel Snaps. A Steel Slitting Wire Is Attached To One Snap Swivel, Then Threaded Through The Length Of Lead Sleeve To Be Slit And Then Snapped Onto The Swivel A The Other End Of Chain. By Placing Both Feet On The Channel As Shown, Grasp The Sleeve And Draw It Upward Against The Slitting Wire. B Lead Sleeve Slitter P/N 07449 Weight: 14 Oz. (400 G)
