Can Also Be Used As A Tie Off Point When You Are Inspecting The Boom, Cleaning Or Clearing Snow Off The Top Of The Trucks. The Inside Of The Strap Is Lined With Gum Rubber To Eliminate Slippage On The Boom. A Ratchet Is Used To Cinch The Strap Snugly On The Boom.
