Foam core prevents moisture build-up inside the pole and adds extra hoop strength and rigidity. Use with a coupler and transmitter to test or energize lines running up a pole or attach to wires in a manhole without entering it. Ideal for large diameter pipes, bundle cables and cables enclosed in accessible non-metallic ducts.
