The Kit Consists Of Two Main Components: A Plastic Housing And A Adterminator 2 6-Pair Cross Connect Block. Tyco Telecommunications (Commscope)Electronics’ Unique Iidc (Inverted Insulation Displacement Connector) Accommodates 1.02 - 51Mm (18-24 Awg) Subscriber Wires Without Stripping The Insulation Or Using Special Tools. Wires Can Be Connected And Disconnected Many Times, Even After Prolonged Exposure To Extreme Temperatures. The Dterminator 2 Xcx Upgradable Terminal Block Includes A Ground Strip. Although It Is An Unprotected Model, The Driver Modules Can Be Easily Replaced In The Field With Protected Driver Modules, By Replacing Pairs Marked T1R, T2R, Etc., Saving Unnecessary Initial Cost.
