Since The Strip Is 25.4 Mm (1") Wide, It Encourages The Craftsperson To Scuff Around The Sheath Rather Than Along It, Thus Eliminating Moisture Paths Along The Sheath, And Also Makes It Easy To Get Into Tight Places.
