Schultz Communications, Inc will ship most orders received before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time the same business day on in stock items. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 working days.

Our Return Policy

Schultz Communications Return Policy

All returns must be approved in advance by a manager prior to the return and the customer is responsible for the item until it is accepted by us including but not limited to;

1.Customer must have an RMA (Return Material Number).

2. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance to get the product back to our warehouse or where directed by the RMA (Return Materials Authorization)

3. Customer is responsible for all losses and/or damage to the product(s) until it(they) is(are) accepted by Schultz Communications, Inc..

4. The customer is responsible for lost shipment(s) and damage(s) when returning the product to us. We recommend insuring the shipment and requiring a proof of delivery from carrier

5. We will not allow returns on cable that has been cut to length or special order items.

6. Schultz Communications, Inc reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior written approval.

On New Products Manufacturer's warranty applies on all new products. Please contact your sales representative for information.



On Repaired Products The sale or rental of Repaired Equipment shall be made upon the following terms and conditions. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by Customer will not be binding upon Schultz Communications, Inc. (hereinafter "Company") unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Company's authorized representative.

EQUIPMENT COVERED

Unless otherwise stated, the Warranty shall cover All Repaired Equipment either sold or rented by Schultz Communications, Inc., and specifically excludes Repaired Equipment sold or rented "As-Is". The Company reserves the right to sell or rent Repaired Equipment without a Warranty or under a Limited Warranty.

STANDARD WARRANTY PERIOD

Unless otherwise stated, the Standard Warranty Period shall begin on the Equipment Shipping Date and expires one hundred and eighty (180) days thereafter. Any change in the Standard Warranty Period shall be stated on the Customer Invoice.

The Company may offer Repaired Equipment for Sale or Rental under a Limited Warranty, whereby the Limited Warranty shall have a warranty period of thirty (30) days.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

The Company warrants the Repaired Equipment against defects in materials and workmanship, including all electrical and mechanical parts required for the proper and functional operation of the Repaired Equipment, unless otherwise stated below:

a. The Company shall, at its option, either repair the equipment, supply a replacement (subject to availability), make a price adjustment or credit Customer's account upon an approved return of the equipment

b. ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.

c. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever by reason of its failure to discover, report, repair or modify latent defects or defects inherent in the design of the equipment.







WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

The Warranty SHALL NOT COVER ANY COSMETIC DEFECTS which do not affect the functional operation of the Repaired Equipment.

GUARANTEE OF WARRANTY SERVICE

Any repair made to the Repaired Equipment during a warranty period shall be guaranteed for thirty (30) days, but shall not act to increase the term of the warranty by more than thirty (30) days. An extension of the warranty period shall only cover the Repaired Equipment's functions or operations affected by the repair. The Repaired Equipment shall not be re-calibrated unless required as a result of the repair.

WARRANTY CANCELLATION

The Warranty shall be made void if upon the Company's inspection it is determined the Customer tampered with the equipment without authorization from the Company.



RETURNING EQUIPMENT UNDER WARRANTY

ALL Equipment covered by Warranty shall be returned to the Company in Accordance with the Company's Sales Warranty Procedure. The Customer is responsible for all Shipping, Handling, and Insurance Costs related to the shipping of the Repaired Equipment to the Company. The Company is responsible for all Shipping, Handling, and Insurance Costs related to the shipping of the Repaired Equipment to the Customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company's liability on any claim of any kind, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of or connected with or resulting from the supply of equipment hereunder, shall in no case exceed the price paid by the Customer to the Company for such equipment.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT

The terms and conditions contained herein represent the complete agreement between the Company and Customer, and no modification, amendment, revision, waiver or other change will be binding on the Company unless agreed to in writing by the Company's authorized representative.
